DESCRIPTION
Yinspiration was the FIRST yoga school to develop a specialized Chinese Medicine module for the yin yoga community in 2012. Co-authored with the former Vice Principal of the Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this program is the first yin yoga training modeled after the TCM curriculum taught in Chinese universities. Thousands of yin yoga teachers and trainers worldwide have graduated from this program, which continues to serve as the foundational blueprint Chinese Medicine training for yin yoga educators across the globe.
As the world’s FIRST yoga school to establish a 300-hour yin yoga certification program, Yinspiration’s comprehensive training meets the registration requirements of Yoga Alliance USA. Graduates are eligible to apply for “YACEP” status with Yoga Alliance USA or use these hours toward Yinspiration’s 300-hour certification and 1000-hour Diploma in Yin Yoga.
This online training is based on a live, in-person training recorded in Bali in April 2026. By studying from this recorded session, online students can experience the training as if they were physically present with the group. They will have the opportunity to observe real-time demonstrations on actual human bodies and learn from the dynamic classroom environment. This approach provides a more immersive learning experience compared to a standard Zoom training without all live participants present.
